Sessions are 4 hours from 10am to 2pm and include the equivalent of 3 standard skieasy sessions plus detailed feedback and complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits during rest breaks. These sessions are quite intensive so we would recommend this product for those people who have a good level of fitness.
